Keith is the Team Lead Agent.  He handles the marketing of all of our listings and also works as a Listing Specialist. With over 15 years of helping sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals and dreams, he is a stickler for “doing it right.” And his team members are in full agreement. He takes great pride in the relationships we build and always works relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. As a native of St. John's, Keith is proud to introduce new residents to our City … or assist those who already love our area continue to entrench themselves and their families in our Newfoundland and Labrador culture.

When our clients want to see a home on short notice, we do our very best to accommodate, and that is where Andrea comes in. With a thorough knowledge of the greater St. John's area and exceptional negotiating skills, she is an invaluable asset to our team. She knows that the transition can be tricky, whether you are relocating from out of town or moving to a new neighborhood locally. This understanding, in addition to her knowledge of the market, contract negotiations and finance, sets her apart as an outstanding REALTOR in the area.


Michelle's love of real estate began in 1994 when she commenced working with Manulife Real Estate in a local property management office responsible for the leasing & management of downtown office space.  During her time with Manulife Real Estate, she held various positions in St. John's, Kitchener &  Toronto including Property Administrator, Property & Leasing Manager, Financial Coordinator and Real Estate Analyst.

SInce 2009, Michelle has been a licensed Realtor, primarily involved with residential sales in St. John's & surrounding areas.  Michelle is well-versed in the sale of resale homes, new construction, investment properties, commercial & residential lands, condos, and leasing.  She has a solid business background, an eye for detail, and a commitment to life-long learning.  She is a skilled negotiator with a dedication to building & maintaining successful relationships with her clients and colleagues in order to achieve maximum results. 

Michelle resides in her hometown of Torbay with her 3 fabulous children - Samantha, Travis & Aimee.
